Well, I finally did it. I made it to the Century Club! As of this morning, I am down 100 pounds since surgery. I am so happy that I had this surgery as it truly has saved my life!!

Congratulations Kim! Reaching the century mark is so special! When I reached mine, I went and found a cute little pair of butterfly earrings! They are so special to me! I also went and stacked up enough cat litter containers to equal 100 pounds and I had my husband take my picture next to them. It's kind of cool! You should do the same thing! Deanna

Hey Deanna. I think I just may do that ... I love the idea of the butterfly earrings ... I remember from watching the biggest loser in seasons past when they had the contestants carry the equivalent of their weight lost on their back during a challenge. That would be an interesting concept too. I cannot imagine tacking that 100# back on me.

Yeah Kim!! I am so happy for you! Wow - this is just barely about six months, right? You are doing so well. Can't wait to see you again! Linda

Thanks so much, Linda. I am almost 6 months out, Tuesday, 5/22, is the 6 month mark. See you in a couple of weeks hopefully. I was so sorry to hear about Freddie ... lost for words when I read your post. I am so sorry that he turned out to not be Mr. Right after all. It is so hard to know when you meet someone online.

Congratulations Kim. Doesn't it feel good. Can you imagine picking up two 50 pound bags of dog food and carrying them around all day! How on earth did we do it. You know 100 pounds is a 2 month old horse!! Julia

Thanks, Julia. I totally hear you though .... how did we do it before? I cannot even imaging tacking 100# on my back and carrying it around every day. No wonder I was always so tired and had no energy!!!
