Dr. Stephen Archer, Bend, OR

Has anyone had the lapband surgery with Dr. Stephen Archer, Bend, OR? I'm hearing a wide range of commentary about him from "Walks on Water" to "DO NOT have this man do your surgery". I'm confused. I was ready to go full steam ahead until I stared getting all the mixed signals. Can someone help?

Hi, Thanks for the response. Yes, I am self pay. I have just gotten in touch with Dr. Tersigni in Coos Bay and am on the waiting list for an opening in their surgery schedule. I'm a bit nervous because I won't be meeting them until a day or two before surgery. It's about a 5 hour drive from Bend and I don't really want to make several trips. Do you know anything about this doctor?
