Well, I was WRONG!!

I have been asking for weeks if I needed an upper endoscopy -- no response. So, today, I get an email saying they have all my paperwork except my UPPER ENDOSCOPY, which they need before they can submit my file to the insurance company!! If I weren't so exhausted, I'd probably go postal. I think I'm gonna go take a nap and hope I feel a lot better when I get up. Linda

So sorry Linda, It seems it doesn't matter who we go to, something along the way gets messed up. You would think they would have a list or something to go by. That would be the organized way to do it and prevent us from being upset!! Hang in there, it won't be long now. Julia

Sounds like us getting the paperwork out for my son's college application. We keep needing one more thing! It is a shame that you would have so on it if you had known. Eventually it will go through - I know right now it seems like it's never going to happen! We are rooting for you!! Patty

Well, I wish I could say I felt better about this today. I suppose there is nothing else to do but just sit tight and WAIT. I hate waiting. Linda

I sympathize with you. All my appts were done on 3/19/07. The cardiologist had his records in by 3/21/07. I called and spoke with the scheduler that Thursday, 3/22. Yet my packet didn't go to BC/BS until 4/4/07. :'p A delay of nearly 2 weeks. You just have to hang in there and roll with the punches. We'll get there yet. Hope the nap helped.
