Hey everyone.. question #2 Ever since my surgery I have been bruising pretty easily and badly. I dont recall bumping myself or anything like that in these areas but i have bruises. There are ALWAYS bruises on my legs and often on my arms. They dont really hurt but they are ugly. Is there a vitamin deficiency that could be causing this? any other explainations? Thanks Ya'll are the best! :0)

that is a good questiong Tara. I have the same thing going on---mostly my arms. My primary care doesn't know and just eludes to the fact that I am 58 years old. My surgeon doesn't have a clue and neither did a gastroenterologist who did my colonoscopy. He also specializes in liver problems. Couldn't find anything wrong so I just go on with life. Julia

Yes I think so. I have been taking the same prenatal vitamin for years since before I got pregnant and I have not had any issues that I know of. I think the biggest complaint with iron is constipation and I have a problem of just the opposite so I think iron is ok... not sure though. They dont do blood wor****il 6 months post op. Thanks Tara

Vitamin K deficiency- we cannot absorb from foods and a deficiency can lead to serious liver dysfunction. No matter what your provider says, fight for a test and start supplementing. Viactive includes K. tee
