Hi everyone, for anyone that might be interested, I have a new pic posted on my website. Many of you have seen me in person already. I have not posted a new pic since surgery and a co-worker of mine took a pic of me yesterday with her cell phone. That was sweet of her to do. I have not been here in ages...it's been amazingly busy since returning to work after surgery. I'm preparing to go on a business trip next week and wanted to stop in here and say hello. I hope you are all doing well. Darla

Wow you look great! I can really tell a difference in your face! I just keeps getting better! (the weight loss, not your face. Well your face will get better too, but not that it's bad now. Is my foot far enough in my mouth yet?)

Hi Kim, You crack me up! I know what you meant silly girl. Thank you for the kind compliment. I have a ways to go since I'm not 1/2 yet. I have 7 1/2 lbs to go to be half way to my 80 lbs loss but I'm getting there. You are right, I can see it's going to get better and better and hopefuly my face too.....LOL Darla

You and I are fairly close in our goal weight loss. I have my goal loss set at 77 lbs. I'm out 4 1/2 months and I've got 13 lbs. to go. My goal is to be there by my July 7 wedding. I think I'll make it. Once you get past a certain weight, you will REALLY notice a difference. For me, it was when I got under 150.

Kim, That is awesome! I went to my surgeon for follow up today. Usually it is at 3 months but this was actually 9 months. Doc says I have lost 35 lbs which is more than my scales show...woohoo! I'm a...lll....m...o...s...t..... able to wear a size 14 now. Well, I can, but don't ask me to sit down I have 28 bs to get to docs goal and 45 to get to my own goal. I'm feeling great about the progress so far though. It's nice to feel in control. Take care, and hey, wedding date is soooo soon. Bet your excited!! Darla
