Hey Everyone, I got my staples out yesterday & I am now down 17.5 lbs in 5 wks (9 lbs since surgery!!)

A sperm whales brain down....amount of trash in one month to go!!!!!

Can't believe you had to keep those staples in two weeks! Enough of that sperm whales brain---move on outta there!
