3 month post op appt

Hey all... Just had to share I had my 3 month post op appointment yesterday and it could not have gone better... First.. in the morning I weighed and I hit for the first time 200lbs!!!!!!

I was so excited When I got to the appointment I weighed again.....199.8wwwooo.

..wwwwhhhoooo!!!! ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then we went in and did my blood pressure.... small cuff used.....

then....100/64

then we measured (which I havent done at home) waist = down 10 inches

hips = down 8+ inches

doctor said that everything is going great... very happy. For him I am only 30 pounds from goal but my goal is still about 50 pounds away. Lots of exciting things yesterday so I just had to share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope to see most of you tomorrow at Kims... PS>.. I have a TON of clothes... size 24 to 20 (isnt it funny how we are going backwards) Thanks for reading Tara

Tara I am so excited for you that is awsome!!! so how much down are you? I am 24 and gettig to 20 fast so if no one claims the clothes I would love them. I dont think I can make it to kims

but are you going to breakfast on sunday?

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday & checking out your clothes. I have a little WOW moment to share too: 9 days out from surgery & off all 3 diabetes meds.

Lost 7 lbs from Friday (03/09) to Tuesday (03/13)!!! I'm quite sure most of it had to do with swelling.......but I will take what I can get!

Again......you are doing an awesome job....keep up the good work & you will be to your goal in no time!!!

Congratulations, Tara. I am so happy for you. Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow to see how much we've shrunk!! The pants I am wearing now were a little tight on me last month (new from the clothing exchange) and now they are loose ... I may have to wash them tonight so I can put them in the exchange. lol
