my new found proteen

I went to GNC today desperate for a new type of proteen I found a product called supreior amino 2222 liquid. a serving is 4 table spoons about 2 oz and each serving 22 grams of proteen. Its thick and its fruit punch flavored. I could not drink a 8 oz glass of it but the 2 oz is not hard and I know I will do this more often than the powders and milk. anyway I just wanted to share oh yea it was 22 bucks and the bottle has 18 servings so about 1.22 ber serving Oh yea and it has tons of amino acids. Im sure that has to be good for me Kel

Wow! Good for you, Kelly. Now, is it a soy protein or a whey protein. I'm just asking because soy protein doesn't work for us. Whey is waaaayy better! Keep up the good work, girl! Joy

I was at Costco Eugene today and found protein shakes containing 43 gms. prot. each! I heard we can only absorb 30 gms. at a time (meal) from somewhere....but I got them. $24.99 for12 17 oz. cans of choc. called MYOPLEX by EAS premium whey .
