Last OHSU visit before surgery!

Well, I mey Dr. Deveny Monday, and finished off my last visit before surgery on the 30th. I am really getting excited now- a little nervy too.

Grats Lowellian! How was Dr. Deveny? I had Dr. O'Rourke, so kinda curious how the others are :P We'll be watching, so keep us in the loop on your surgery If you have nerves or freaks or whines or whatever, just yell... there are a lot of people posting these days and it is a wonderful help. Mischele: I am pre-op and have Dr. O'Rourke too. I had my first appointment with him last week and my surgery date is April 3. I've heard that Dr. Deveny is great and am curious to know how Dr. O'Rourke has been during follow up appointments with him.

Great to hear that you are on your way with surgery. I too am working OHSU to have my surgery and hope to have Dr. Deveny as my surgeon. I am still working on getting everything ready to submit to insurance, but am hoping to have wls around July. Good luck to you. dre_1974
