Well, I've now lost 7lbs, only 21 more to go!!! I'm doing my best to keep on track. I have to lose the rest by May or else I will have to start all over again.

Yeah Leslie! I needed to lose 13. As of this morning, I'm down 17 pounds!! All this in only about 2 weeks. I am so excited. I'll need to go and get weighed by my GP and have my last blood test, then I'll be good to go. Linda

I was on Carnation Instant Breakfast 2X Protein shakes, Weigh****cher meals (anything under 300 cal) & meal replacement food bars (Slim Fast, under 200 cal). Occasionally, I would throw in a regular meal, but kept a watch on my portions & calories. 1250 calories/day (recommended by the hospital.) I lost 15 in 3 weeks, had to loose 10-15 lbs. Jackie
