On my way!!
I was on Carnation Instant Breakfast 2X Protein shakes, Weigh****cher meals (anything under 300 cal) & meal replacement food bars (Slim Fast, under 200 cal).
Occasionally, I would throw in a regular meal, but kept a watch on my portions & calories. 1250 calories/day (recommended by the hospital.)
I lost 15 in 3 weeks, had to loose 10-15 lbs.
