Psych Eval in Bend

OHSU has been so backed up with psych evaluations that I called Pebb's Regence BC/BS yesterday and found out that I can have my psych evaluation at another Center of Excellence in Oregon. I verified with OHSU, then set up an appointment with a doc from St. Charles Medical Center in Bend for March 20th. By then, I should have my 13 pounds off, get my last blood test, and then OHSU can submit all my stuff to my insurance. I hope to schedule my surgery for early May. I am so stoked to be back on schedule again. The next available psych appointment at OHSU was May 1! ARGH! Linda

Linda, that is great. It is too bad they are all booked up but nice you can go to Bend. Won't be long now!!! Julia

Hi Linda, thats the way ,just go find your own place to get your evaluation, I was prompted by Nancy to just keep at them, and it paid off, I will be going for the last 2 appt on the 13th. Then I guess I just wait for a letter or a call. SO on we go,were getting there . Good luck talking to the the head guy.
