Thanks Everyone!!!!!

Hey all.. Just wanted to say thanks for all the advice and support for my interviews this week. I THINK they went well but its really hard to tell. I found out that they are only interviewing 3 people so (as my husband says) I have a 33% chance of getting it so I guess thats good. I feel pretty good about them in the sense that I wouldnt change much. I said what I wanted and don't wish I would have or wouldnt have said anything. So I guess its all up to God. If it meant to happen it will. They said they would like to make a decision in the next 2 weeks... also they did ask me "if I were to be offered the position how long of a notice would I want to give at my current job" so Im not sure if that meant anything or not... just trying not to get my hopes up! Tara, Good luck! I sure hope it is good news. As far as the question of giving notice, I can tell you that I ask the same question when I am interviewing prospective employees. They are wanting to know 2 things .... when you would be available to start for them AND also if you were to leave them, would you give them notice. So, it is kind of a test. I know that I would not be very impressed with an applicant if they said they were not giving their current employer appropriate notice. Be sure to let us know when you do. Kim

Hi Tara, I have not been in the forums in quite some time but was so glad to see you updated here about the interview. You did your best and now as you said it's up to God. I know it's hard to wait but at 33% chance is some pretty good odds. Best of luck to you on this. I know they will be making a good decision to choose YOU! Darla
