GNC, stands for General Nutrition Center, there is one located at Valley River Center, in Eugene. I also go to Rite Aid and they have a small GNC dept inside their stores. You can also go on line to GNC.COM Chrisy

Hey Debra, I tried a few different ones and agree with Julia on the Unjury. I use the unflavored and mix it in everything... today I made chai tea from teabags (Stash has a good one) steeped the tea and mixed 2 scoops of unjury into about 1/2 cup of milk... once the tea was at the right temp (130 or under) I mixed in my milk/powder mix with the tea and added a few squirts of Cinnamon Dolce SF syrup from Starbucks... put this in a thermos and drank it over the course of a few hours at work. You couldn't even taste the protein powder and it was yummy! 40+g of painless protein... woohoo lol. When you are a little further along, the protein bars by Atkins are pretty decent and make you feel decadent... they are pretty candy-like in taste. For some great suggestions, try Bariatriceating.com I found a lot of new ideas, even if I don't buy the same products they are using Welcome to the protein scramble rofl! Michele

Michele, Where did you get the cinnamon dolce SF syrup? On line or in the coffee shop? I cannot find it online. Julia
