Hi Kim, I'm planning on being there. Bunko sounds fun. I think the water is fine. Not sure food is necessary every time. Recipe swap is a good idea just wish I had some to share. I'm still so new at all this and I'm having some pretty basic things. See you on the 17th. Darla

Yes, I totally agree, Darla. I don't think we need to have food at every meeting either. Water is good and if someone wants/needs to bring a snack for themselves that is totally fine too. Bunko does sound fun but I'm gonna need training. I have an idea for next month ... you know how on The Biggest Loser they carry around their lost weight in a mesh bag or something of that nature? I think that would be fun if we tallied up what each of us has lost and bring that in say a backpack and carry it around in a race of some sort for prizes. That could be fun!!

Hi Kim, Bunko is a blast but it's been quite some time since I played. I need a refresher myself but it will come back to me quickly. I know that 4 people per table and it's played with only dice and score cards (made up score cards) so very little is needed to play. I have never watched the biggest loser but your idea does sound fun! Darla

It surfaces again .... lol I am now down an Irish Setter, 2 dozen crispy creams, and a rack of baby back ribs. (75 pounds) A baby Giraffe!! Wow, Julia. That is great. Isn't it sad the amount of weight we carried around. If you cannot carry the whole baby, maybe we will give you 1/2 or 3/4 of it. lol

Wonderful, Randy. I hope to see you and Bobbie. Sorry we didn't make water aerobics this week. I am hoping very much to be back next week. My hubby had a procedure and could not swim for a couple of weeks and I won't go alone. I am a baby when it comes to that. lol Did you guys go? Did you enjoy it?

Sounds like you're all going to have a wonderful time and I will miss you all. I'll be on the east coast in April, but hopefully, there will be two of us coming to the May meeting! Linda

Hey there, Linda. Now I am confused ... the meeting we are talking about here is for 3/17, not April. Or are you going to the coast in March and April?? Hopefully you and Freddie will be there in May.
