The second sleep study went GREAT! It wasn't too bad sleeping with the mask on. I actually got the best night's sleep I've had in ages. I go in to get my machine in about a week. Linda

Grats Linda, Glad to hear you got some good zzzzzzz. Sleeping with the machine made a huge difference to my tossing and turning (so my husband says lol). Just make sure to freak your family out talking hehehheeh. Michele

Good for you Linda ,I see you go for your appt tomorrow ,good luck and let us know how it goes. I go on Thurs. it looks like I'll get up at 5 ,and drive to Portland myself . Sure wish there were others going ,so we could go together like they said would happen. I'm a little nervous about being able to find it . They did send a map so off to an adventure forme, I hate going a lone . Jo Ann

I have had my c-pap for 8 years and I have done well with it. It has been a life saver I am sure. It can drive you nuts at times but it is very good for you health! I told my husband once that I was beginning to like air blown up my nose. I am hoping a few more pounds down and I can get rid of it. It messes up my hair! I am beginning to care more about my looks now!! Julia

Hi Linda, I've had my machine for a few weeks now and it's made a HUGE difference in how I feel. I am so alert now, I can't believe I lived for so long feeling so awful. I have tons more energy, and am feeling more optimistic and positive in general. I am now keeping active at night instead of crashing the minute I get home. It's amazing what real sleep can do for you! Good luck, Lisa

That's so good to hear Lisa. They told me my memory would most likely improve by leaps and bounds. My problem has been that I get virtually no REM sleep. I guess that is where we convert short term memory into long term memory. No wonder I was feeling like I must have old-timer's disease! I now can't wait to get the machine, even though I know I won't enjoy wearing it much. At least I'll sleep! Linda

That's great news! I hope the machine makes a difference in your quality of sleep. My sister-in-law uses one and it has made a world of difference for her.
