Ok ... I need some help

Last week, I posted that I was trying out for that new network TV show regarding obesity. Well, they liked my application and photos but now they want a video. They want me to show my "fun" side and not just sit in a chair and talk. I need some ideas friends. Most of you have met me in person and I am hoping some have some ideas ... be nice Darla. ROFL. Thanks buddies ... I am off to Church now but will check replies when I return.

Hmm, well you got me thinking hard on this one... I asked my hubby what he would do, and I won't even repeat his ideas here, some were pretty inappropriate but all comical... but I'm sure you wouldn't get the job using his ideas Rebecca

you should go out and sing karaoke (sp?).. bring some friends (hint... hint...) and have a good time laughing and such! just an idea Tara

Too funny ... we should get together sometime for a night out at a karaoke bar. Maybe after Darla heals up a bit more.

What's the deadline for getting your video in? Maybe when we gather on the 17th at your place we can come up with some ideas and you can shoot the video at that time. Jennifer

Unfortunately, I need to get it in ASAP. I told them that I'd get it done before the weekend is done. I think I am going to do a bit on .. you know you are a weight loss surgery patient when ... 1. I've got a date means a date for surgery, not going out on a date 2. Being a "loser" is a good thing There is a big list of them out there somewhere in cyberspace and I am trying to track it down. I have sent a PM to the guy that I think has it.

Oh Kim - there was a HUGE list of them on the main board this morning. I forget who posted them, but it was the longest list I have ever seen. It has some really good ones. Just be yourself, and I think you will be fine. Did you send them the video of the news story about you? That was really good and had some humor in it. Linda
