WOW Moment and a half!!

About 3 weeks ago, I went to Goodwill and bought a skirt, a pair of pants, and a top. When I got home, only the top fit. Now ordinarially that would have really bothered me because I would have had to go back to the store to exchange them. Well, knowing that within a matter of weeks, they would fit, I just tucked them away in the closet for use at a later date. Well, this morning, I get a decide to try the skirt again because I am hopeful that it will now fit and OMG, OMG it FITS!! I can now zip it. This means that I've gone from a 30/32 down to a 22/24. OMG how can this be .. this is amazing. I about cried when I zipped it up and didn't see a bunch of fat hanging over the sides!! Thanks for listening to me ramble.

Thanks, Julia. It is just amazing how fast this is happening. By next week, it probably won't even fit at all ... sliding down to the floor. LOL

Kim that is so wonderful, I just can hardly wait.I have a closet and several storage containers of clothes that I just never parted with when they shrank LOL. I just cant imagine how great it feels way to go girl

Thanks, Kelly. You were definitely the smart girl, hanging on to all those clothes. I just parted with all of my clothes that "shrunk" like a year or so ago. Stupid me!! It is definitely a great feeling and your day will be here before you know it. Just a couple of weeks now until you join us here on the losers bench!!

Sounds like a great motto to me, Julia. I am a cheapskate by nature. lol

I know---I have never enjoyed spending a lot on clothes because who knew how long I would be able to wear them. Now I am looking forward to staying at one size and buying nice more expensive clothes that I can wear for years. Julia
