I made it to onederland today---finally!! I lost 2 pounds from yesterday to get there. Now the question is--do I weigh again tomorrow (I usually weigh daily) or wait a few days to make sure it sticks!!!!!!!!!!!! Julia
WOOOHOOOO Julia!! I haven't been in the 100's for about 20 years. What a wonderful feeling that must be. I'd wait a few days on the scale. Now that you're in the 100's, you should give yourself a break!

You should never weigh yourself more than 1 wk at a time........your body goes through daily changes and can go up or down by a pound or two for many reasons.

I agree with the ladies I would only weight once a week. That is what I do. that way I get the surprise when I go in. It is really great that you have hit your goal!!! That's really fantastic!!!!!!
