Hi Linda, Dang, I have gotten so far behind. Give a girl a surgery and just look how lady "I" get. LOL I'm doing well thanks for asking and for coming in to see me. I remember you came in breifly but they had me pretty doped up. I have not used hardly any pain meds since home (3 pills in all) so I think that's a good sign. Darla

Jennifer, Welcome to the loser's bench. If you read some posts, you will see that I tried to call you and Darla a couple of times in the hospital but missed you. I am glad you are home and doing great. Julia

Hi Julia, OK, I now know the answer as to why I didn't receive your phone call while in the hospital. Seems someone turned off my ringer on the phone so the light would simply flicker and that just wasn't loud enough or bright enough to grab my attention I guess LOL I'm sorry I missed your call. I was wondering why I didn't get more calls. I vaguely remember someone telling me the light on my phone was 'Flickering" so the phone was handed to me. They had me really doped up......Jennifer and I had different nurses and they handle patients so differently. Jennifer got her IV out on day 2 and mine came out the day of discharge from hospital. My nurse said doctor ordered it that way and maybe our cases were a little different and required different care??? Bottom line, Jennifer was fun to be with in the hospital and we walked, and talked and grabbed our sides together lol Thank you again. Darla

Darla, I think it would be fun to have someone having the same procedure at the same time. Encouraging to each other. I am sorry about your phone but hospitals are like that!! Maybe you just needed to sleep. Glad you are home and back online. See you soon. Julia
