Hey gang, Anytime works great for me....I'm easy too! Sometimes I work on a Saturday , but if these were planned a little in advance (say at least one month), I can just choose not to work on that particular Saturday. Or, work a different shift. Some of the ideas we came up with: Bunko game, other games , clothes exchange, potluck of your favorite receipe, samples of different protein suppliments for the newby's to try before purchasing large quantities, bowling, mini golf, picnic/BBQ in a park, etc. Anyone else have any bright ideas? Some folks were thinking about having something at their homes (if the group was not too huge yet!) Not only do we have to think about what type of foods to eat & how to eat it, but we have to think about how to socialize in public. I can eat just fine at home, but when we go out with friends or travel....being good & making good choices don't go out the door with us So, summer is just around the corner...let's come up with some fun things to do that involve:eating better, exercise, socializing & overall feeling happy & good about ourselves!!! Good ideas Jackie. I could add a walking while talking event. We could switch around and get a chance to talk with every one eventually. Could even walk the bike trails or Mall walk.....endless ideas.

That would work---depending on weather, we could do the bike trails or the mall. Julia

I'm hoping you keep it on the 3rd Saturday as that is when I come to Eugene anyway. Julia
