Can anyone suggest a doc that approves of WLS in the new tualatin hospital?

I have a new PT appointment with a doc and was wondering if I should even waste my time trying to pu**** I hear all the horror stories of Kiaser having to jump thru so many hoops for up to 2 YEARS that is crazy! Funny how they treat drug addicts and alchoholics better then obese people *****ally do and want help badly. I am going to the Tualatin hospital and pray this doc I picked out is understanding and willing to help me regaurdless of WLS or not. When I made the appt I asked the opperator if she had alot of PT that were over weight and if she was understanding and compassionate about helping and she told me I can't tell you that ? Great so I guess I have to do the doctor dating game :) What can ya do if you can't make light of the situations ,right? I would really appreciate input on this and thank you all.....Regina

Ok, I'm confused. What is PT? Do you have Kaiser insurance? There are a lot of great doctors out there -- you just sometimes have to filter through the lemons to get to the great ones. My doc is in SE PDX so that won't help you much but she is incredible (and not Kaiser)! Lori
