Missed the Salem Support Group

Hi everyone, I went last night, but couldn't find the group. I checked around in the basement but couldn't find anyone, and the lady at reception didn't seem to know. I'm wondering if I got the day wrong?!! Oh well. But I did have my sleep study. Wow - that was lots of fun. I was glad that some of you have shared your experiences so I knew what to expect. I had a great tech, though, which was awesome. I actually thought it was kind of fun. Yup, I'm a nut. I have my appt. with the NP at OHSU on Friday. I'm so excited! Hope you all have a great day!

Hi Shondra! I'm so sorry you didn't find the room! Obviously I wasn't able to make it. But there should have been a room reserved ... and yes, you had the right night! Bummer! I'm glad to hear your sleep study went well! Did you take a sleeping pill to help you sleep? Wasn't all that goop in your hair just lovely?! Hee, hee! Did you have a guy or a girl for a technician? I had a girl for my first two but had a guy for my last one ... it was kind of awkward! Hope everything goes well for you at OHSU on Friday! You're on your way!!! Deanna

Thanks Deanna, I'm just glad that I had the right night! Yeah, that goop in the hair was lovely. I had a girl technician and I was so glad. I do think that would be awkward with a guy. Thanks for the wishes for tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes. Shondra
