Hey Joy! Did they give you the boot today?
Hey TEE!!!!!
Yes, I got a black boot. It's the top of the line, baby! I still need to use the crutches for a while, but I am cruisin' through the house, now that I can put some weight on my foot! I never had a cast before and was surprised at all the (gross) dead skin that is falling from my leg.
My poor little leg has no muscle left in it.
How is your recovery coming along, gorgeous?
Joy

I'll never be a size 2 (I'll leave that to you, oh tiny one)
And I'm not perfect either. Kim is lying about that but, I did show her my torso. Just having a torso makes me giddy. I'm waiting for her to come clean out my closet. She promised but hasn't delivered. Do you think she might have a life and no time at this time of year? hmmmmmmmm... nah, that couldn't be it lol
Glad you are not in pain. That is fabulous.

Well, it's either tomorrow morning or a lunch during the week. Company's coming in Sat-Sun. I am seeing Docs Monday and Tuesday Beyond that, it's not going to happen until New Year as we are heading to the Great White North at the end of next week.
A mid-afternoon coffee?
The swelling is finally going down and I'm able to zip my pants again (well, some of them!) Thing is, I feel like I've been given a work of art, not my own body. It doesn't feel like me, exactly. Weird, eh?
The binder helps a lot. I am wearing it all the time and it is making a big difference.
