A three week plateau is not unheard of. All junk your body is eliminating in your weight loss passes through the liver before heading out of the body through the more obvious elimination channels. the liver tends to hoard stuff for leaner times , so it holds onto it for awhile. As a result you may be on a "plateau" and not lose anything. When the liver gets fed up with being a packrat, it dumps the accumulation out for removal and you will start losing again. How often it dumps depends on how much you eat. If you are eating little than it will be longer betwen,er, dumps. So don't fret, if you are doing what you say you are it will start coming off again until the liver starts holding on to it again for its next garage sale.
That is very normal and doesn't mean what you are doing isn't right. 75 pounds is a huge amount of weight to lose in less than a year! My theory is that at times my body just had to stop and say "whew"! As long as I kept doing my thing (water, protein, activity) it would start coming off again. Also, the further out I got I might not lose such a large amount, but losing five pounds when I was under 250 was like losing 10 pounds when I was over 300. You just keep the faith that it is working and over time it does!
Good job so far!
