In case you didn't hear the good news...

My sister-in-law volunteered to be my support person when I go to Las Vegas for my surgery! My now EX S/O and I got in a fight and he told me to find someone else and then slammed the phone down. So I took him up on that, and my SIL came in like an angel, and within 2 hours of the end of our conversation I had my SIL set to go with me. I got to exchange his ticket for hers and only pay $2 more! She can stay practically the whole time, so that is better too. Everything happened so easily. I'm sure it must have been meant to be.

I am getting a mini-gastric bypass which is a little known procedure that is only done in a few places in the U.S. The closest to me is Nevada.

That's cool, so what is a mini-gastric bypass? What do they do differently?
