Exercise anyone???

Hi my name is Andrea and I'm looking to hook up with some bariatric patients to do some walking and/or work out with. I'm about 18 months out and would like to increase my work out. I need motivation and to be accountable to some one or a group of someone's. I live on the west side but am willing to meet half way. If your interested post send me an e-mail. [email protected]

Andrea, I am 11 months out and weather permitting I walk in Forrest Park every chance I get -after work or on weekends. This morning I am walking Washinton Square. I also do water aerobic on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Mt Scott and Clackamas Aquatic Center. If you are interested in any of these activities just let me know. Jody
