Finally at goal weight
I now weigh 135 - my target weight. I can't believe it! I am so pleased. When I shop for clothes I need size 6 pants and smalls for dress sizes. Life is great. My doctor has checked my blood work up and everything is normal. I guess the vitamins and eating are working well. But I am so afraid of gaining weight that I worry I could easily have an eating disorder. I am aware of each morsel I consume. I figure that since I still can't eat much in volume, it had better be healthy. My family doesn't want me to lose any more weight. I'll see how I progress over the next few months. 251/135/135

Congratulation, Lara!!!
Welcome to the Grad Club! Yes, I can relate to your joy!!! We are so fortunate to have a second chance at life as a thin person. Be gentle with yourself. I, too, worry about gaining the weight again, so I weigh once a week and allow myself a 2 pound fluctuation. If I hit the 2 pound mark, I am especially careful that week. So far, it's working great!
Enjoy your new life!!
