I have noticed that after I have consumed a large amount of fluids that I feel very hungry. Does anyone else notice this? I have found that I have slowed down on my fluids because I don't want to feel hungry so soon. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi! I don't know if this is the answer, but are you drinking the large amounts of liquids with your meals? That can push the food through too quickly and cause the early return of hunger. Also, eating more protein may help to keep that full feeling. Protein staves off hunger longer. I'm so sorry to hear that you're having problems. Maybe you need to talk to your nutritionist? For myself, I still don't feel hungry, but my appetitie is definitely back. I need to really watch it closely. I hope you find the answer soon. Joy

I don't drink when I eat. I still try to do as instructed with drinking then eating separately, but what I have noticed is that after I have drank, the hunger comes.

Gee, I hope that someone here can help you with this. I haven't a clue I have noticed that you have dropped quite a bit of weight, though. Keep up the great job you are doing. I hope you find a solution to the problem. Joy
