Desperate for a bathing suit...

Hi, i live in Portland and am 2 weeks post op. I have joined a gym and they have water arobics. I however do not have a bathing suit, and unfortunately this is not the time of year to find one at a store. I thought i would try here first. If you have one, anywhere from a 24 up and live in the Portland area, i could come pick it up, (i bus it everywhere, no car). If you wish i could pay a little for it, but dont have a lot of money right now since im off work for the time. Anyhow, i am hoping to find one so i can swim and so on....If you think you could help, please reply...Thanks ~Amy

Hi Amy, I'm one of those people who collects swim suits like others who like shoes. I know I have one that will work.....what size do you need 24, 26, 28 or 30? I'd be happy to mail you one. I also have the number and address of the swimsuit ladies who do flea markets in southern Cal....I will call them, tell them my size and colors and they will send a few. I keep what I want and mail the others back. (I usually keep them all.) I swim every day and can go through a suit in month. Also right now is a good time to get one from a catalog, Roamans, Lane Bryant usually will have them all sale about now. Let me know! Eve in McMinnville

Hi Eve, Is it possible for the average person to get the number and address of the swimsuit ladies? How much do the suits run in price? I sure would love to get a couple as I, too, do water aerobics and they don't seem to last a long time with the chlorinated water. Thank you for your help.

Hi Cheryl, Of course....these ladies have all sizes and they're very nice....(the suits and the ladies). The prices start at about $20 and go up to about $50 or $60. I've always just given them my credit card number and told them to send me one, or two or more with the receipt. Shipping is very minimal. And they'll refund your money if you send them back, minus the postage. At a size 26 or 28 it doesn't really matter what the suit looks like because NOTHING is going to look good so I just go on colors. The number is....909-882-0843. I hope this helps.
