Anyone know about MVIPA Insurance

If you have some knowlage about MVIPA please let me know. I have that Insurance and they state in there employee handbook that no weight loss surgery is allowed. I am wanting to begin the process of meeting with the Dr here in Salem at Salem hopsital. Does anyone know about Salem Hospital I have been doing some research but more always helps. MVIPA said that if its denied you can appeal... has anyone had experiance with that as well. Thank you Chris
