Kaiser support group info?

Hello Oregonians, I recently moved to Oregon from Maryland. I had a lap RNY in 2002 and really need to find a support group. I noticed in some old posts that there is a support group at Kaiser Sunnyside. Is it still on the 4th Saturday of the month? Is there a contact person? Thanks for any info!

Welcome Karen! Wow! That must have been quite a move for you. I moved to Oregon from California one year ago and love it here. Yes, there's a support group at Kaiser Sunnyside. It's in the KP Conference Room at 10205 SE Sunnyside Road, Clackamas... across the street from the Hospital. The next group meeting is August 26th. Post ops meet at 8:45 a.m. and Pre ops join us at about 10 a.m. It goes until noon, I think. It's usually on the fourth Saturday of the month. I hope that I see you there. It's a great group and a large one! We also have an online support group for Kaiser WLS patients. If you are interested, I will send you the online address. Joy
