I GOT MY SURGERY DATE!!!

I got my date for my surgery, which is August 3rd with Dr. Hong. I am really excited since a co-worker is going through this at the same time and she is 2 days before me. If people could me give some brand names for protein and vitamins and where to purchase them, I would really love it. I am really worried about the nasty taste since I really do not like the chalk taste (like the taste of Rolaids and Tums). Thanks Being able to read all of your postings have really helped me so far.

Congrats on your date !!!! I use a liquid calcium from Costco and their chewable childrens vitamins. I also use the Pro-Rated Vanilla Protein from Costco and the Unflavored Unjury that you order online. Before surgery I tried the Pro-Rated Chocolate and liked it, but now I find it way too sweet.
