Hi, I haven't posted in months, perhaps over a year. I'm 4 years out from RNY, lost a ton at first, had a baby, then gained a ton back. Okay, not a ton, but 65 during pregnancy. I work out daily, but my eating is horrible. I need some major help in the food area. I can eat pretty much anything at this point. Any menu suggestions? Jenn

Jenn, I read your profile before I responded and noticed you felt the same way last year at this time. I'm glad you are exercising...that is my biggest down fall rather than the diet. Might I suggest you go back to fitday.com and start recording all that you eat. It can be a real eye opener as to how many extra calories we are taking in without even giving them a thought. Try it and see. Of course it should be back to basics time as well. It's what helped us lose in the very begining and will again. I'm 16 months out and a typical day for me would be the following: 1/2 C cottage cheese w/ 2/3 C blueberries 2 moz cheese sticks (yep, still eat them) 1 C soup small salad 1/2 C tuna fish 2 T fat free dressing 2 small cookies (hey, I never said I was perfect LOL) hot tea 3 oz pork in a stir fry with veggies (broccoli, onion, cabbage, carrots, peppers, bok choy and mushrooms) 1 slice of canteloupe Total calories: approx 1030 Hope this helps a bit Pat
