No I haven't been doing either of those things because I have always hated pictures. I did take one before surgery so that i'd have a "before".
As for the measurements, they do take measurements at my followup appointments.
I may take your suggestion though and start doing it myself just so I know there is still progress even if the scale isn't moving much. THANKS!

Good morning everyone. It was fun at the movies last night. I ended up ordering the Creole shrimp tacos minus the taco shells and asked them to add avocado on top.
The workmen are at the house so I am homebound for now. If I get a chance later I will head to the gym for a good workout. Ginny has set the bar pretty high and I need to train. Tonight will be a quiet night at home with a cozy fire and Netflix.
QOTD: This is just for fun. What is the craziest thing you have ever seen? Years ago I saw a gopher on the wall of a highway onramp and it looked like he was going to jump. The drop would have been over 60ft. One lane of the onramp was closed because a policeman was trying to catch the gopher. He was about 3ft away from the gopher and had no gloves, cage or rope.
The eats today at 4 years 8 months post-op are:
B. Rivers of decaf
L. First meal of the day - 2 egg French omelette with some cheese inside and steamed asparagus
D. Bacon wrapped sausage (thanks to Ginny's idea) and some steamed broccoli
S. Protein hot cocoa before bed
Water, electrolytes, vitamins
1 hour at the gym if I get a chance

Have you been taking photos and measurements monthly? I did it every month on my surgeversary date, in the same outfit!

Hello peeps. Well I'm definately still behind you gym monsters but I did get a nice walk in with the dog after work since it was still sunny although not super warm... c'mon spring! I also did my indoor cycle while watching some TV later on in the evening.
QOTD: I used to sneak snacks in for my kids and their friends whenever we'd go to the movies,,, usually a mixture from the bulk food but we'd buy drinks there so they were still making some good coin off of us. I'd probably take water and a couple pepperettes in my purse now but I haven't been to the movies in over a year.
B - greek yogurt
S - 1/2 protein shake
L - leftover chicken stir-fry
S - turkey pepperette
D - spring roll in a bowl

Still having stall issues but I can tell my clothes are looser so lets hope the scale catches up.
A snake! I sure hope not.... pretty sure you'd be the only one left in the theatre.

I am going with my hubby to his orientation in Guelph this Thursday! I am already scheduled for surgery in June at Humber.
We are going to see Captain Marvel. DH chose this one, lol.
