Congrats!! I think we all get nervous just before the surgery - but you will get through this and you will do great! Soon you'll be on the loser's bench. How exciting!!

OMG - exactly how I felt too!

When I went to my first meeting session, I thought wow a year - crazy long. Then as I went through the process I understood better why - and when I was finally given my surgery date, 14 months from start to date, I was thinking " wait a minute...aim I ready for this?"

Congrats on getting your date, plug through the Optifast stuff and drink tons of water - by the 3rd day, they are not that bad.

Wishing you all the best - I'm 3 weeks post surgery, and so far find it so worth it!
