Good morning Ginny and everyone. Long weekends, especially the first one of unofficial summer are what I live for during those dreary days of winter. Ginny enjoy your camping weekend. Instead of roasting marshmallows, you could roast hotdogs or PC Smokies (they are on sale).

Today I'm going to yoga, then taking the car in to have the tires changed. Tonight is date night so DH and I will go out for dinner and listen to live music.

This weekend DH and I are taking a trip down to the Lake Erie wineries. I am always designated driver, but I don't mind, I like driving and I will have my coffee.

The eats today at 3 years 10 months are:

B. Rivers of decaf with Premier Protein Vanilla used as creamer

S. Iced protein coffee after yoga

L. It's breakfast for lunch - scrambled eggs with peppers, hot Italian sausage, havarti cheese and fresh salsa on top

S. Broccoli florets with roasted red pepper dip

D. Beef Brisket with a little gravy and a side salad.

S. A protein latte before bed.

Totals: 891, Carbs. 38, Fibre 7, Fat 42, Protein 107

Have a great long weekend everyone.

Good morning :)

Ginny, have fun camping!! I haven't been in ages. My BIL wanted to rent a cottage this summer but we politely declined. He's a paramedic and even offered to bring a bag of baby delivery supplies just in case lol.

I was supposed to meet DH for a little lunch date but he just remembered he had made plans with a coworker -- they have been struggling/stressed lately so I think it's more important that they go hang out. I will be picking up a few groceries before the long weekend -- I will try to get there before the end of the world bunch. I never understand why a long weekend causes people to go crazy at the grocery store. I got a garden project done yesterday -- we had these empty spots around our patio that just kept filling with weeds. I put down fabric and some patio stones that we had removed from somewhere else. It's a five second fix but it looks better than weeds. Eventually we want to redo our backyard -- it's all connected to the sunroom project that's on my dream list lol.

Post-op three years, two months.
