If you choose to go the Emergency route I cannot stress enough the need for you to visit an Emergency Room that has experience with Bariatric Patients and surgeries.

Hi Dana; if you live near Toronto. They have an excellent bariatric program through the UHN. Your local GP. should be able to refer you. In that group of hospitals I went to Toronto Westen Hospital and can not speak more highly of the program, staff and treatment I received there. Good luck on you continued journey. I personally think bariatric surgery was well worth it!?

I did a revision from Lapband to RNY. I had reflux issues with the Lapband. Your doctor should be able to refer you.
