Home from the hospital

Had my surgery on Tuesday .Everything went good. Woke up very medicated. Got Morphin for the first day then switched over to oxycodone then onto Tylenol 3's. Had one little bout of nausea when I got up first time after surgery.

Home now and pain is manageable and no nausea. Showered before leaving hospital.

I'm getting in my liquids and everything is going very well so far.

Congrats Joanne! So glad to hear all has went so well for you. I have my vsg scheduled for May 22 in Guelph with Dr Jules. Guelph is such an amazing clinic.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
