What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Good morning Menu Peeps. Up early this morning and ready to get things done, lol. Problem is, I can't do too much or I'll wake DH.
This morning I'm going swimming and then dropping the car off for repairs. I'll be trapped at home for most of the day, so I should be able to get a lot paperwork done.
The eats today at 3 years 9 months postop are:
B. Tubfuls of decaf throughout the day with SF Coffeemate.
S. SKYR yogurt with some blueberries
L. Grilled Maple BBQ salmon on a baby spinach salad with sweet peppers, avocado, cucumbers, WF Honey/Dijon dressing
S. Cucumber crackers with Asiago/Artichoke/Jalapeno dip
D. Black Pepper and Coffee bunless burger (bought these at the meat counter of the grocery store) with a fried egg on top
S. SF hot cider before bed
Have a great day everyone

Yup Murt, just plain old mini cucumbers cut in rounds. One cucumber and dip fills me up.

Good morning :)
Off for a follow-up with the surgeon that did the ulcer scope. I'm wondering if they will switch me to a different PPI. I thought the meds would have started helping by now. Then I need to go to the pharmacy since I didn't make it yesterday. But that was for a good reason -- we had a couple come and pickup a bunch of gardening stones that we have been trying to get rid of for two years. We are letting one garden grow in with grass (because of the pups) and DH is supposed to build me a raised box for herbs/veggies.
Post-op three years, one month.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - bagel with cream cheese
Lunch - cheese and sausage
Snack - Greek yogurt
Dinner - steak (we ended up going out last night instead of bbqing)
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Meg are you on Prevacid?
