Good evening everyone. Another great drive into work this morning as the roads were just a sheet of ice up here in cottage country. I will be so glad when spring arrives!

We had the same lunch today. Loved my chicken sausage gumbo, but now I have to deal with a big pot of it as leftovers, lol.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Love the gumbo and it really helps me meet my protein goal. I thought I had a big pot of leftovers but once my family got at it there wasn't much left.
