  • I had the same thing. My vit d was 12. It's now in the 90's. Wasn't denied. You will need to keep an eye on it the rest of your month now. All the best!

I have just started out as well and mine came back low also. The Dr. just put me on vitamin D 2000 which means I take 2 1000 vitamin D's a day. I have to get blood work done again in two months. I recommend you check with you Dr. because that may be all you need. Hope this helped. Good luck on your journey.
