Optifast and work
for those of you that have or are going through the opti phase, how did you manage your shakes and work? Did you pre make them or take a blender with you? I am thinking about this as I finish my very first shake and type this question out.

I also bought a couple of blender bottles with the ball from GNC, I can wash and reuse at work (I've been doing 2 shakes at work) unfortunately no freezer at work so I've just been using cooler water. It's been good to have the extra bottle at home so I can take a package and bottle if we go out on the weekend I'm going to miss my usual "meal time", I'm diabetic so can get a low if I go to long.

I work from home, but have to be on the road sometimes - and I found that if I didn't make my shake before I went, I never drank it (it was too "complicated" for me to try and make on the go). So I made it before I headed out the door in my blender bottle with very cold liquid (water and decaf coffee) and once blended, I filled it with ice. I left the ball in, and before drinking, shook it up again.
Also, I used my cooler lunch bag, and wrapped it in a cooler pack to keep it as cold as I could.
It worked great for me!

Century Club and Onederland in month 7!!
I was working on a construction site at the start of my Opti phase. I didn't make it in advance but I did make sure I had ice cold water. I did set alarms to make sure I had them

I'm in an office so I took my bullet, flavourings and ice with me and made it there.

Blender bottle here too - sometimes I grabbed some icecubes from the office freezer, but often didn't bother. The trick is to get up immediately and rinse it with water as soon as you're done with it so it doesn't get all caked-up and gummy if you leave it to dry while dirty.
I did keep a stash of Torani sugar free syrup flavorings in my office, with hilarious results; the bottles look like liquor bottles, and I kept them lined up neatly in an overhead cabinet. Looked like a bar and startled quite a few people :)
