Damn system ate my post.

Was up early and got a little more gym time in. Ramped up my speed and got 6KMS in.

I have been MIA from here for a bit, and if the system continues to eat my posts that might continue!!

Just curious, I've been finding these post interesting as I head into surgery Monday, but I'm surprised how many protein shakes/balls/bars everyone is still having is this the norm? Also are you really eating things like pork roast with no veggies for dinner?

Thanks

Personally and it's only my opinion but this far out we should be avoiding shakes and bars unless we are low in protein numbers. Dense protein is your ticket to success. Those should only be a back up.

It is working for me and keeping me on track. I am a year out and have lost 105 pounds and have been maintaining since December. The protein balls I eat are made with real food - oats, seeds, peanut butter, powder. Everyone needs to find their own happy.
