Question about Optifast

When you are on optifast, can you lose you sex drive? Ever since I started it I have none whatsoever. It is as if I have been drained of it completely and nothing helps

I'm guessing the you are just tired. It should get better as your body gets used to Optifast.

It's weird I don't even feel tired. Do you think it maybe physical exhaustion fro lack of nutrients?

could very well be. Maybe your vitamins are low too, especially Vitamin D this time of year.
