Got my surgeon appointment :)
Meeting my Surgeon this Thursday through telemedicine :) Dr. Lindsay at St. Joes. What can I expect from this appointment. Thank you in advance.
Referral: March 2017, Orientation: June 2017, Nurse, Social Worker, Nutritionist, Pharmacist: Dec 2017, Physiotherapist and f/u with Nurse: Feb 2018, Meet Dr. Lindsay: Feb 2018, Pre-Op Feb 26, 2018, Start Optifast (4 weeks): Feb 27, 2018, SURGERY: MARCH 27/18 at St. Joseph's in Toronto with Dr. Lindsay. Height 5'2," 49 Years old, Hw: 365, Pre-Op Weight (start of Opti 355), SW 334 CW 175. Weight Loss: Pre-op -19, M1 -23, M2 -18, M3-18, M4-14, M5-14 M6-10, M7-14 M8-8, M9-14 M10-5, M11-10 M12-0, M13 -3, M14 -6, M15 -7
I just came from my meet the surgeon in Hamilton. They went over my lastest blood work results. Next she gave me a script for my opti and another for my post op blood thinners. I was then handed over to the pre op intake lady who scheduled my surgery date as well as my pre op class. She also gave my my optifast dos and don'ts hand out.
Now I sit patiently and sip my opti until surgery day
