Anyone have a bad experience at the Richmond bariatric program

Curious if anyone's had a bad experience with the Richmond program. Specifically, I'm curious who's had issues with the program and the way its managed prior to surgery. I'm disastisfied with the actions of one of the team members, and am curious if it's just me, or if others have had issues as well. Thanks!
