Congratulations! I remember that feeling! I was with TWH and transferred to Guelph. From the time I got the call to surgery was like a month! It almost seemed surreal after the waiting and not knowing how long it would take.

Congratulations! I was on opti for 3 weeks and it went by quickly. The first week is a bit tough but after that your body adjusts and it's fine. Good luck!

My surgery date was the day after my last optifast, so 3 weeks after the first one. If you're on it for 2 weeks, your surgery will be 2 weeks after your first day of opti.

You are so close. I didn't even have a fatty Liver and I needed to do 3 weeks of Opti but ended up doing almost 5 weeks.
After the first couple of days you learn to enjoy it! I still miss my Opti morning shakes. I liked them better then the Premier shakes.
