You're going to do great! I was anxious and excited too, last year. I started Opti on January 18th, almost a year ago now; so hard to believe. It goes by quickly.

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017

That is great!

I had a semi private room and have a elderly room mate. I think if I had been alone they would have let my husband but not on offered it outright. Which would have been nice since it was a 2 hour drive.

That is great and I am happy they are offering it to you!
