obese no more! - And Merry Christmas
Hi Everyone!
Today was a great day. I am now 174 lbs (5'4") which means that my bmi is below 30 and I am now "overweight", not "obese" anymore. Also the dress that I bought last weekend (size small) fits me perfectly today! I am so happy! It's been a milestone kind of day!

Thank you for all of the wonderful compliments! But, just to be clear, just as the compliments are encouraging, the main reason that I post updates and pictures is to encourage all of YOU! I have mentioned this before, but I will say it again - When I was stuck in my old body, waiting for phone calls from the clinic as to when my surgery would be (for months on end), feeling like it was never going to happen for me, all of the posts and pics from people who had already had surgery and were so successful was the ONLY thing that was keeping me going! I just want to pay it back and give hope.
