While visiting some of the other forums, I found the link to this amazing article which speaks to the value of WLS especially RNY and VSG. Many of the points which are backed by solid research were made by my surgeon. I strongly urge those who are contemplating WLS and those who have gone through the procedure to read this article. Thanks for posting. The ideas in the article (i.e set points) are very reminiscent of Dr. Weiner's ideas on weight loss and gain.
